The Redstone Shopping Center at 402-440 W Fillmore St. close to I25,  currently houses the Springs Auto Clinic, the Lucky Dragon Restaurant, the E-Sensuals Lingerie Shop and Levity Wellness. Kangaroo Coffee plans to build a coffee shop here. The developer plans on remodeling and cleaning the neglected property and spend at least $150,000.
