The $20 million luxury apartment complex is under construction at Jackson Creek Pkwy and Broken Timber Dr, across from the Monument Marketplace shopping center. The complex will include 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units renting for $700 to more than $1,100 per month. The complex will  include a clubhouse, an outdoor pool and hot tub, indoor and outdoor cooking areas, an indoor dog wash and grooming center, a park with playground, a fitness center and an internet cafe. The first units are expected to be on the market in spring, with the entire complex to be completed by fall of 2012.
