Classic Co., Vantage Homes, and a Minnesota firm have partnered to buy Promontory Point, a small, residential development in northern El Paso County. They paid $4 million for the 120 acre site north of Baptist Rd and Gleneagle Dr. Classic will oversee the project's development and control 60 percent of the home sites. 46 of the 267 lots are ready for construction. Vantage will build on 40 percent of the lots.
