Kum & Go plans 20 to 25 Pikes Peak region stores over 5 yearsKum & Go, the Midwest convenience store chain has purchased already at least three sites in Colorado Springs and is planning a major move into the Pikes Peak region with 20-25 stores in five years. The company plans to create about 150 jobs and invest between $70 and $80 million by the end of 2013. The company will begin construction on its first store on the northwest corner of Academy Blvd. and Vickers Dr. The other sites are at Powers Blvd and Woodmen Rd, and I 25 and InterQuest Pkwy in the InterQuest Marketplace.
