High tech company announces plans for 100 jobs at new Colorado Springs plantEntegris, a global high tech company in Colorado Springs announced that they will expand their manufacturing operation and add as many as 100 jobs. They currently employ 200 people. Their facility of 40,000 sq.ft. is located at 1555 Garden of the Gods Rd, part of the former Intel campus. The company will develop and manufacture products to support the semiconductor industry's move to larger, cheaper and more efficient silicon wafers. The new Colorado Springs operation will be the first North American expansion of Entegris' microenvironments division in more than ten years.
