Tip for Screening Home Inspectors

With a large group of home inspectors to choose from, buyers always ask us: How do I choose? The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors has set standards for the profession. Their web site helps you to find a qualified home inspector. A good home inspector can provide you with a sample report and will have a fee schedule to send to you. A good report should have detailed information and photographs of any problem area and recommend solutions and give tips on future maintenance.

Falcon Colorado Real Estate

Falcon, Colorado is an up and coming community located 8 miles northeast of Colorado Springs.  Named after the prairie Falcon, this community started out as a railroad hub and an area of sprawling ranches.  Today the Falcon community is growing rapidly and will account for most of the growth in El Paso County throughout the next decade.

Out on the high rolling prairie, many Falcon homeowners enjoy amazing views of Pikes Peak and the Rockies.  Scattered pines with prairie grass swaying in the eastern Colorado breeze will create a restful setting for even the most stressed.  Look to the east and it feels like you can see forever.

The Falcon area has several master planned communities with activity centers, local elementary schools and their own parks.  The great climate keeps area golf courses busy through most of the year.  Over 300 days of sunshine.

Close proximity to Colorado Springs offers all of the vocational opportunities you would expect of Colorado's second largest city.  Endless dining and nightlife options can also be enjoyed in the surrounding area.

Today's Falcon real estate market is very exciting with plenty of Falcon homes for sale just right for everyone. So retreat from the hassle of the city and enjoy country living at its best in Falcon, Colorado.
