Garden of the Gods Road, known for decades as Colorado Springs' high tech and industrial corridor, has been hit hard during the last ten years by the bursting tech bubble.  Now, approximately 3,400 employees are descending on the corridor. This does not necessarily represent a total transformation of the corridor's tech and industrial core, yet it is expected to create opportunities for retailers and other businesses.
