Their huevos rancheros are to die for.  Then there is Rosie's, an old fashioned American Diner with an extensive menu. 

The Pikes Peak Dessert Lounge, 481 Hwy 105 is offering holiday truffles: Gingerbread Spice, Eggnogg, and the award winning Candy Cane. They worked with Colorado Mountain Brewery to creat a gelato that is based on Ole 59er Ale and called Ale Gelato. It is served on some of their desserts, including warm bread pudding.

Or drive to the east side of I-25 and visit the Texas Roadhouse, a great place for meat lovers.
