FCC approves CenturyLink Buying Qwest

Federal regulators have approved CenturyLink's 12.2 billion deal to acquire Qwest, which could close in two weeks. The FCC demanded that CenturyLink offer low income households broadband for $10/month, and computers for $150, and double the number of homes and businesses that can get fast broadband.
