Your phone rings. The caller identifies himself as an officer of the court and says that you failed to report for jury duty, and that a warrant is out for your arrest. When you say that you never received a notice, they say that in order to clear up the situation, they need your date of birth, social security number, maybe even credit card number for verification purposes.
