Council hears proposal for data center business park

The city council was presented with a proposal of a 1 billion dollar business park on a 105 acre parcel that was formerly the old Vineyard golf course and the Pikes Peak winery, southeast of I 25 and Circle Dr., and east of the Colorado Springs arena.
